BACKGROUND
Warden is a web-based platform designed to help the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) proactively identify and manage potential threats before and during impact. I focused on integrating a centralized records management system to replace disconnected tools, enabling security teams to collaborate more effectively and gain a unified view of emerging risks.
OUTCOMES
37.5% less platform switching
Currently, users rely on a fragmented set of eight platforms to log emerging risks. Warden consolidates key functionality by replacing three of these tools, streamlining workflows and reducing platform fatigue.
Reduced cognitive load, resulting in improved visibility into critical information
Reduced cognitive load by implementing a two-layered table design for the dashboard that surfaces more information without scrolling, minimizing context switching. Enhanced efficiency further by introducing hotkeys for quick filtering and access to high-priority tasks—replacing a flat table structure that lacked shortcuts and required manual navigation.
